Faiveley Transport, formerly Faiveley, is an international manufacturer and supplier of equipment for the railway industry founded in 1919 with headquarters in Gennevilliers, France. In 1995, Faiveley purchased the German railroad air conditioning company Hagenuk Fahrzeugklima from its parent company Siemens. In 2004, it acquired the train brakes manufacturer Sab Wabco.

In November 2016, the majority stock ownership of the company was purchased by Wabtec, giving Wabtec controlling interest in Faiveley Transport and the two groups were incorporated into Wabtec Faiveley China. Huatie Wabtec Faiveley(Qingdao) Transport Equipment Co. Ltd is a joint venture that is invested by Guangdong Huatie Tongda High-speed Railway Equipment Co., LTD. and Wabtec Corporation which aims to promote the Chinese market.
